“Everytime I dance,
I turn into a
better version of me.”
When are classes held?

We have weekday and weekend classes.

I've never danced before. Is it too late to start?

Nope. It's never too late. Come as you are. We'll get you started.

Is my child too young to dance?

We offer a keiki class for 4-8 year-old. Exposing children to music and movement at a young age encourages physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Have your child take a class or two to gauge his/her interest and attention. Parents are welcomed to sit along the perimeter of the studio to observe the class in session.

Is dancing good for fitness?

Yes, dancing helps keep your heart and soul in tip-top shape. Keep your mind sharp and enhance your strength, flexibility, and coordination.  Videotaping of the routines is encouraged so that you can retain the choreography and get your groove on during the week.  It's always a good idea to talk to your doctor to find out if dancing is an appropriate exercise for you.

Where do I park?

There is free street parking at Manoa MarketPlace

What do I wear?

Comfy clothes.  See class descriptions for specific recommendations.

How do I register?

Register online.  Call/text 221-4613 with any questions.
